These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] for use of the Gutprint app and services.

1. Not medical advice

Gutprint helps you track food and symptoms and spot possible patterns. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. AI food analyses and FODMAP ratings are estimates and may be wrong. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, diet changes or medical decisions. Seek urgent care for severe or alarming symptoms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Gutprint. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions

  • Gutprint Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example annual or monthly) through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
  • Prices may change. We will give notice as required by the stores and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Gutprint: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with the service, or using it to break the law.

5. Content and data

You own the data you log. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the app, the trigger-analysis methods and the food database.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use Gutprint after changes means you accept them.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Gutprint is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law
